A Dynamic Entrepreneur, an Inspirational Transformational Leader, a Passionate Humanitarian, a single mother to a son with an auto-immune deficiency, Chalane has faced many challenges, all while being a resilient Entrepreneur who runs and manages successful businesses.
With a passion for developing individuals, managers, leaders, and ultimately businesses in all capacities, now as a Leadership and Performance Coach, Chalane is able to use her excellent leadership skills combined with her God-given gift of people skills to influence and impact the business world.
Chalane’s journey has not always been smooth sailing. Growing up she experienced severe childhood traumas, abuse, rejection, and abandonment but this is the fuel to her fire. Chalane wants to see everyone rise above their circumstances and fulfil their greatest potential, as she is a true testament to this.
It was under these circumstances that she found her way to Christ and leaned on her newly found faith for guidance and strength to navigate the challenges in her life. In her walk with Christ, she serves as a Volunteer at Church as a Lay Counsellor and Preacher.

I walk boldly in service to Him and my business partners, collaborators, and mentees. My life’s purpose is to develop leaders and to be of service in all avenues and sphere’s. I am blessed to see potential in all avenues, and to know how to bring it out in its purest and excellent form and that’s who I AM.”
