I am skilled at improving plant and mining operations, developing technical justification processes, and business process re-engineering methodologies. I have demonstrated communication and interpersonal skills combined with the ability to build robust relationship and synergy across business lines to drive positive change.

~ Engaged as signatory in the Management of Change (MOC) procedure and technical justification process.
~ Played a key role as member of the investigating team that identified an improvement initiative involving replacement of an undersized pump with a suitable one.
~ Leading Remote Health Monitoring project. This is a predictive analytics project on electric rope shovel P&H (2800&4100) and Komatsu (860 &960 E) hauling truck fleet while capturing 1.2 million USD value from savings in hours, tons and maintenance. within a 5 month of inception.
